Manawatū Junior Representative Trials
The trials for the Manawatū Junior Representative teams have now been set. Changes to this season's rep structure have been highlighted below.

Year 10 Boys - Friday 18th October 5:30pm-7pm Park Road
CD have made the decision to move from Year 9/10 boys to ONLY Year 10 Boys for this tournament.
We will be entering 1 team into this tournament
For Year 9's of 2024, we are intending on entering 2x teams into the Hawke's Bay Cricket Tournaments. For more information, please email Cole on cole@mca.org.nz
Year 11/12 Boys - Wednesday 16th October 4pm-5:30pm Park Road
Year 9/10 Girls - Tuesday 15th October 4pm-5:30pm Park Road*
*if a trial is required
No changes to the tournament structure.
Includes a championship and festival grade
The championship grade is aimed at more “competitive” cricketers, whereas the festival grade has more relaxed rules for the developing cricketer. There are elements of competition in both grades.
We will endeavour to accommodate all interested cricketers into teams.
Year 11-13 Girls - Monday 14th October 5pm-6:30pm Park Road
CD has decided to let the District Associations (MCA) enter more than 1 team into the Year 11-13 Girls tournament.
We will be entering 2x teams.
The girls who register to trial from last season's Year 11-13 rep team will stay together (minus the Year 13's of 2023 moving on) so there will be spots open on this team. A second team of 12 additional players will be named as well.

CD Year 9&10 Girls - Wednesday 11th Dec - Friday 13th Dec in Palmerston North
CD Year 11-13 Girls - Thursday 9th Jan - Saturday 11th Jan in Whanganui
We will be hosting a parents evening at Fitzherbert Park Pavilion on Tuesday 24th September 6pm to discuss the above, MCA’s philosophies, and intentions for our representative programme.
